Yonsei began from wondering—what if? Oftentimes, craft coffee is limited in the ways it shows up in a menu. Some vanilla, some chai syrup, and maybe a mocha. We wanted to bridge a gap where people could find fun drinks while still getting ethically sourced and carefully made coffee.

We partner with a local Texan roaster, we use local dairy, and we make in-house syrups with a focus on seasonality. We aim to bring peak produce to your cup, so you know you’re drinking something special. For us, coffee is more than just a business plan or a to-go service—coffee is sharing space together and doing it in the most ethical way we can with people and partners who are local to us.
